Tun Dr. Mahathir said that the great qualities to be a leader is very crucial.
- A great leader doesn't mean to be humble all the times but yet not so arrogant
- He must be prepared to accept all responsibilities but cannot insist in his leaderships.
- He must not blaming others because of his own mistakes but must admit it. He is got suppose to pin pointing others or find a black sheep to cover his mistakes.
